Return’s Policy 

You may request returns for most items you buy from, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Is different from its description on the product detail page on shop.hoichoi

Please Note: All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may reject the return, if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned herein. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse (such as quality not as expected, do not need anymore, etc.).

Return Shipping Procedure

Return shipping for Damaged/Defective items is borne by hoichoi shop. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the item back to us. hoichoi shop will issue a label or arrange for a pick-up of the item. This will differ from location to location and from product to product. hoichoi shop has the liberty to decide on whether to issue a return label or arrange for a pick-up of the said product. When a prepaid shipping label is provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to drop off the item at the nearest courier outlet.

Please note: The electronic prepaid label is valid for a duration of 5 days from the date of issuance. In cases where a pick-up is arranged, the shipping company will make one attempt to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the scheduled date, hoichoi shop has the right to deny the return and the customer will not be able to claim any further return on the particular product.
Refund/Replacement Policy
The buyer holds the right to request for a refund or replacement. However, post one successful replacement, the buyer will no longer be eligible for another replacement and will need to be content with refund, which will be issued in the form of a gift card. The timeframe for replacement will be equivalent to the same time taken for processing a new order. A refund is processed once the item reaches our facility and passes mandatory inspection(s). For prepaid orders, the customer can either opt for the refund to be processed to the original mode of payment or can opt for a gift card of the equivalent value. In case of a refund to the original mode of payment (Only for prepaid orders), please allow 3 – 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statement.
